Why I Created Alegria
My passion for empowering others, making space for one’s story and feelings has always been something I gravitate to. My own story is one that sees me supporting others from an early stage in my career to my current work as a school counsellor.
In all my work, I believe that the collective energy of supporting another in times of hardship and vulnerability is powerful. In each stage of life, having a neutral support goes such a long way. The magic of feeling supported is why I started Alegria Counselling.
My hope for each client coming to us is that you feel empowered, supported and valued! Our work is embedded in the premise that we have the privilege and are grateful we get to walk alongside you on your life’s journey!
Alegria Counselling provides support for children, youth, adults, parents, couples, and families through different stages, experiences, and challenges.
What Guides Our Approach
We offer a complimentary 15-minute consultation where you can ask questions, learn more about your counsellor’s approach and see if it’s a right fit for you before you book your first session.
